Making a Reservation for the Challenge Ropes Course

The Black Rock Retreat Challenge Ropes Course operates mid-March through mid-November, Monday through Saturday, depending on availability. We do not operate the ropes course on Sundays. A reservation is necessary for all ropes course programs and must be made at least two weeks in advance of your desired date.

To make a reservation, contact our Ropes Course Director (click here to e-mail) at (800)858-9299 ext. 147 Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm. You may call outside of those times and leave a voice mail message.

After obtaining the necessary information about your group, you will be sent a contract. Once we receive a signed and completed copy of the contract and a 50% deposit, your reservation will be confirmed.

Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable if your group cancels or brings fewer participants than the contract states. Black Rock Retreat will refund your deposit if weather conditions necessitate that we close the ropes course. If the number of participants changes after the contract is returned, please inform us as soon as possible. We can make changes to the contracted number of participants up to two weeks before your arrival. The minimum amount you will be charged will be the deposit amount, even if you bring fewer participants.
