Field Trip Programs

Are you looking for a short and cheap, high-quality field trip?

Bring your pre-school (pre-k), kindergarten, or elementary school class to visit our Nature Center in southern Lancaster County, PA, where your students spend 45 minutes learning about and visiting with our live animals. They can even take a 45-minute nature hike! Students in kindergarten and up can also take part in a different half day or full day field trip!

Nature Center Program (45 min)
Students will learn about animal behaviors and habitats while interacting with the residents of the Nature Center, including a bird, a rabbit, snakes, turtles, lizards, and much more! Think of it like a guided petting zoo.

Nature Hike Program (optional; 45 min)
Students can also enjoy a 45-minute themed nature hike through our 100 acres of beautiful Pennsylvania woodlands.

Pricing:

• Nature Center Program: $6/student
• Nature Hike Program: $6/student
• Both Programs Combined: $12/student

Availability:

These programs are available weekdays from November through March (limited other dates may be available upon request – contact us). A minimum of 10 students and one adult chaperone is required.
