This booklet also includes sections for Faculty and Parents attending the trip and a section for parents of Students who will be attending. These packets are also available to download individually on their respective information pages.
This form must be completed by all students AND adults coming on the trip.
This is the preferred form for submitting cabin assignments. Please email this form at least 2 weeks prior to your trip.

Advance Class Selection Form– In order to receive 25% off the school leaders trip submit this form by February 8th. Once this form has been submitted any changes to classes chosen will forfeit the 25% school leader discount.
Trip Detail Sheet – Due 4 weeks before your trip.
Food Allergy Form– Due for each applicable student 2 weeks before your trip. This form is to be filled out by parents or guardians of students who have food allergies and will be attending a program that includes eating in our dining hall. It must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the start of the trip.
