School Leader Booklet (PDF)
This year we have broken up the school leader booklet to hopefully make it a bit more user-friendly. It still includes all the information, forms, and options that we believe can make your trip a great success. Please take a look at what is included in this booklet as its contents have changed.

Included in this booklet:

  • Advanced Class Selection Form, which can also be done online here (due by February 8th for discount)
  • Trip Detail Sheet, which can also be done online here (due 4 to 6 weeks before your trip)
  • Menu and Allergy Options
  • Cabin Assignment Submission Sheet
  • Class Group Submission Sheet
  • Permission Form and Health History Form (needed for all adults and students – to print just this form, click here)

This booklet also includes sections that can be downloaded individually for faculty and chaperones (adults attending the trip) and a section for parents/guardians of the students.

Permission Form & Health History Form (PDF)
This form must be completed by all students AND adults coming on the trip.

Cabin Assignments (Excel Spreadsheet)
This is the preferred form for submitting cabin assignments. Please email this form at least 2 weeks prior to your trip.

Class Group Assignments (Excel Spreadsheet)
This is the preferred form for submitting class group assignments. Please email this form at least 2 weeks prior to your trip.

Online Forms

Advance Class Selection Form (Teachers)
In order to receive 25% off the school leaders trip, submit this form by February 8th. Once this form has been submitted any changes to classes chosen will forfeit the 25% school leader discount.

Trip Detail Sheet (Teachers)
Due 4 weeks before your trip.

Food Allergy Form (Parents/Guardians)
Due for each applicable student 2 weeks before your trip. This form is to be filled out by parents or guardians of students who have food allergies and will be attending a program that includes eating in our dining hall. It must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the start of the trip.

Pay Deposit (Teachers)
Submit deposit online by credit card.
