Valentine’s Day Heat and Eat Meals

Pick up your meals on Saturday, February 13th, between 3 and 5 PM.

Order before Thursday, February 11th @ 4 PM.

When you purchase a meal from Black Rock Retreat you’re providing for your family AND helping to support and sustain our ministry of, “Spreading the Gospel and strengthening the Church.”

Appetizers (choose one)

Fresh mozzarella and tomato bruschetta for two with crostini

OR

Charcuterie board for two with two types of cheese, two meats, and french bread.

Salad (choose one)

Crisp romaine lettuce, croutons, and three blend shaved cheese, served with dressing on the side

OR

Mixed greens with spinach, tomatoes, and cucumbers with our house dressing

Entrees (choose two)

Roast Duck: Slow roasted, crispy duck (deboned except leg), with your choice of orange or cherry sauce.  Served with rice pilaf, vegetables, dinner rolls, and dessert.

Braised Short Ribs: Short ribs slow roasted in a savory herb sauce.  Served with creamy polenta, vegetables, dinner rolls, and dessert.

Crab Cakes: Our own all lump crabmeat cakes, pan-fried, with lobster sauce on the side.  Served with rice pilaf, vegetables, dinner rolls, and dessert.

Chicken Keto: Chicken breast, stuffed with spinach, prosciutto, and cheese.  Topped with mornay sauce, and served with vegetables, dinner rolls, and dessert.

Florentine, Sundried & Portobella Mushroom Ravioli: A trio of vegetable and cheese ravioli in a creamy pink sauce.  Served with vegetables and freshly made Focaccia bread, and dessert
