Our Outdoor Education Team serves schools through day and overnight field trip programs. We hire seasonally for Spring, Summer, and Fall.

Throughout the year, we host and facilitate events to help communicate the current needs of the ministry and to stay engaged with the local community. Some examples of long running events: Annual Golf Outing at Tanglewood Manor golf course, BR2RB Bike-a-Thon, Fall Banquet, and the Annual Benefit Auction.  This position is full-time, year-round. Mountain Biking

Are you the kind of person that likes to be behind the scenes, while having a significant impact on our ministry to guests? Then this position may be for you. Black Rock is currently looking for year round, Part-Time Housekeepers. Hours can potentially be tailored to match availability but Fridays and Sunday afternoons are our busiest times so availability during at least some of those days is essential.

A Maintenance Associate at Black Rock is responsible for the physical aspects of the property; buildings, grounds and equipment. This person acts as a critical part of the maintenance team that provides clean and well-maintained facilities and grounds. Ultimately, the goal of this position is to glorify God through facilitating an excellent distraction free experience for our guests. Applicant should be in agreement with Black Rock’s purpose, statement of faith, and policies. Position is full-time, year round with competitive salary and benefits.

Mountain Biking

Kitchen Staff at Black Rock are responsible for assisting the Food Service Director/Head Cook in preparing and serving meals on a large scale. Experience in a food service kitchen is a plus. Applicant should be in agreement with Black Rock’s purpose, statement of faith, and policies. Flexibility in schedule as needs arise within the department. Position is ideally 20-30 hours per week.
