If you are a Youth Leader, we know it can be challenging to run a winter retreat for your youth group and not get caught up in all the details, when you just want to connect with your students. That’s where we come in! We plan the retreat so you don’t have to. We bring in a dynamic speaker and awesome worship leader, plan super fun activities and games, feed you great food, equip you to lead spiritual discussions with your students, and give you space and time to just connect and build relationships with them!

Our Winter Camp Ministry

We invite students and leaders alike to step away from the day-to-day and intentionally pursue discipleship. BR Deep Freeze is a place for groups to grow deeper in their relationship with Christ and be challenged to simply follow Him. Through study of Scripture, corporate worship, and intentional space to reflect and connect, students will be equipped to deepen the roots of their faith and live as faithful disciples of Christ.
For Youth Leaders
- Once ready to hold your spot, let us know an estimated number of girls, guys, and leaders. We’ll put together a sign-up agreement which will be due with a deposit to secure your reservation.
- This fall, let your students know how they can sign up! You will collect your own sign-ups, then provide us with an updated estimate about a month out from the retreat. Final attendee counts, names of attendees, and signed activity waivers will be due two weeks from the retreat.
- Final payment and any last-minute changes will be given when you arrive on Friday for the weekend. After that, we take care of all the details so you can focus on connecting with your students.
