Winter Camp Pricing

Campers and Leaders: $135*

Price includes all meals, activities, and lodging spaces along with a complimentary t-shirt** for all registrants.

For Individual Campers

(Those not with a youth group)

  • Each camper MUST complete a registration and Health Screening Form (online registration).
  • Cabinmate Request: Individual registrants may request to room with friends. We do our best to honor these requests, however, Black Rock reserves the right to split up cabin-mate requests without prior notification if needed and cannot guarantee they will be granted. Cabinmates MUST request each other, be independently registered, not siblings, and close in age.
  • A limited number of partial sponsorships are available for individual Winter Camp registrants on a first come, first serve basis. Email help@brr.org to request a sponsorship when you register.
  • Please note that the minimum deposit is non-refundable.
  • All T-shirt sizes are due December 14th for BOTH Jr High and Sr High Winter Camps! After that date, t-shirts are not guaranteed.
  • Check-in for both winter camps will be held from 6-7pm on Friday night and pick up will be at 1:00pm on Sunday. Campers should be dropped off and picked up by their parents/guardians at Oakwood Chapel.

For Youth Leaders

  • Each student AND adult youth leader MUST complete a registration and Health Screening Form (contact the office for your group’s unique online registration code).
  • Group leaders should submit a Group Roster, individual registrations, and full payment for your entire group by the registration deadlines of December 22, 2023 for Jr. High Winter Camp, and January 12, 2024 for Sr. High Winter Camp.
  • Special Offer for Groups: $5 off each registration for campers/leaders, and for every seven students you bring, one group leader may attend for free!
  • Groups that would prefer to pay Black Rock directly (instead of individual payments from campers) are required to pay a non-refundable deposit per camper to hold the registration. Otherwise, camper minimum deposits are non-refundable upon registration.
  • Check-in for both winter camps will be held from 6-7pm on Friday night at Oakwood Chapel. Departure will be immediately following lunch on Sunday.
  • Youth leaders, to set up online registration for your group please email us or call us at (717) 529-3232 for your group code. To register online as a student, please contact your youth leader for a group code. Registration coming in the fall.
