Memorial Day Weekend BBQ Fundraiser

DEADLINE TO ORDER: WEDNESDAY, MAY 20TH, 5 PM

As we remember and honor the brave men and women who have served our country and paid the ultimate price and celebrate together with family, allow Black Rock the privilege of providing the meals while you help to support our ministry.

There are several BBQ options available to you that each serve a family of four, (though you might not want to share them). 😉

All options are available during both pick up times.

FRIDAY, 2 – 6 PM AND SATURDAY, NOON – 3 PM.

Family of Four Dinners to Go  (Heat & Eat) 

*** ALL MEALS ARE GLUTEN AND DAIRY FREE (EXCEPT FOR THE SWEET ROLLS) ***

Burnt Rib Ends – delightfully smoked rib end – $ 24.99 

Baked beans & Coleslaw

Pulled Pork – slow smoked and roasted – $ 31.99

Sauce on the side, Coleslaw and Sweet Rolls

BBQ Chicken – marinated and then slow cooked – $24.99  

Baked Beans and Potato Salad

Summer Camp’s “Monday Chicken” – marinated in the special summer camp dressing – $26.99  

Sweet Corn and Roasted Potatoes

All meals come with homemade whoopie pies for dessert  

Pick up Friday, May 22nd, 2 – 6 pm or Saturday, May 23rd, Noon – 3 pm
