2020 Black Rock Retreat Banquet

For the health and safety of all involved, we have decided to cancel our in-person banquet event.  You can still support our ministry by registering for a banquet in a box.

Your banquet registration will help to sustain our ministry in the months to come.

We’ve had a year unlike any other.  Join us in celebrating how God is moving in the storm.

This year has been challenging and has stretched us in so many ways.  Amidst the hardship, we have so much to be thankful for.  God’s faithfulness is evident in these difficult times and sixty-six years of ministry is worth celebrating, even if our banquet looks a little different this year.

Boxed Banquets will be available for pick-up on Saturday, December 12th from 1 PM to 4PM.  

Your $125 boxed pick-up banquet includes:

• A gourmet meal for four, prepared by Chef Steve, for you to heat at home.  If you would like to host more than 4 people feel free to order additional boxes!
• A  copy of our newest hardcover testimony photo book.
• A handwritten thank you note from one of our staff.
• A link to a video including an update on our ministry and the impact of our youth programs this year, with speaker Nate Petrosky.

Your $75 boxed pick-up banquet includes:

• A gourmet meal for two, prepared by Chef Steve, for you to heat at home.  If you would like to host more than 2 people feel free to order additional boxes!
• A handwritten thank you note from one of our staff.
• A link to a video including an update on our ministry and the impact of our youth programs this year, with speaker Nate Petrosky.

While we are counting our blessings we are also aware of how uncertain the future is.  Our ministry is only able to continue through the donations of generous individuals such as yourself.
