BR2RB is a fully supported destination cycling challenge from Black Rock Retreat (BR) to (RB) Rehoboth Bay Area – from the rolling landscape of Lancaster County to the flat waterways of Delaware. Riders can choose ride distances of 145, 125, 100, 80, or 50 miles (links to the routes on plotaroute.com under “BR2RB”). Riders will be provided with lunch at the destination. Return transportation for riders and bicycles is provided.

Costs
Riders can pay a $50 deposit, or indicate they plan on raising all funds, when registering and are expected to pay at least the minimum price listed below, based on their ride distance, on or before the date of the ride. We do encourage riders to fundraise above and beyond to help support our ministry. Includes food stops, emergency support, T-shirt, return transportation (if needed), and celebration meal at the end.
Full Ride (145 or 125 miles): $250 to participate.
Classic Ride (100, 80, or 50 miles): $150 to participate.
Special Offer, Next Generation Riders: Riders who are 21 years old or younger only need to pay $75 to participate, regardless of the ride distance. We encourage our younger riders raise the full ride amount to further support our ministry (either $250 or $150, depending on their chosen ride distance).

Every dollar you raise helps improve our summer camp programs and provides scholarships for deserving families. Riders who raise $600+ or more receive prizes and are entered into a drawing to win a brand new bike!
Important Deadlines
Bike Jersey Deadline: July 12th, 2026
Regardless of age or distance, riders must plan to raise at least $250 and be registered by the deadline to receive a jersey
Guaranteed T-Shirt Deadline: August 21st, 2026
All registered participants will receive a t-shirt at check in, sizes are guaranteed through the deadline, then available as supplies last.
Additional Details
- Riders who raise $600+ or more are entered into a drawing to win a brand new bike!
- Guests are welcome to join the riders for the meal at Camp Arrowhead, at a cost of $10 per person. All meal reservations must be received no later than 8/24/2026.
- For out-of-town riders, overnight accommodations may be available at Black Rock Retreat. For information call Black Rock Retreat at (717) 529-3232 .
- There will be multiple buses departing from Camp Arrowhead for those that require return transportation. Typically, the first bus will leave around 3:00pm and the final bus should be leaving at 5:00pm at the latest. Please indicate in your registration if you will not require a ride back to Black Rock.
- All riders are required to wear a helmet.

Registration Instructions
- Please select that ticket that matches your age and ride distance.
- All riders may choose between paying the full amount (dependent on age and distance), only putting a deposit down, or selecting to raise all funds (no payment required at the time of registration). The total cost of the ride is due on or before the day of the ride (Sept. 11, 2026).
- If riding on behalf of an official event sponsor, please select the “Fundraise Your Way” ticket and include the organization’s name in your registration.
- If you would like a jersey AND you want to pay the full amount at registration, please select “Full Ride + Jersey.” There is a question on the registration for you to verify which distance you would like to ride.
- Register only 1 rider at a time. This helps us keep all the information clear and organized!
